Unrealz
Hi, just replaced the Bose head unit as it was useless, CD's jumping and the left speakers going on and off. I got the Bose ISO connector assy and modded the cable as per busters post, the problem is the Bluetooth and nav outputs are blasting out with the volume on 1, can't fault the music, its so good you can feel the woofer kicking you in back, all nav and Bluetooth volumes are on min, any idea's, cheers
D350z
What head unit do you have? and are the nav and bluetooth part of the same unit or separate units?
Miller350z
This happens on my pioneer avh-x8700bt. When the phone is plugged in via the USB through android auto it works the sat nav and it is way too load. I've tried turning media volume on my phone right down and still no joy, so I'd be interested to see if the volume can be reduced Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

yetirider575
This is an unusual scenario it seems. Normally people seem to find a drop in volume. What phone are you connecting, just out of interest?
Cro
Any settings changeable in the unit itself? I'd imagine definitely for NAV
GappySmeg
Is it ALL sources that are loud? If youve done the Buster mod the your running speaker-power outputs in to phono-level inputs... its gonna go loud, quick! On mine zero is silent, 1 is ok, 2 is perfect, 3 is loud, 4 is speaker-destroying...... it goes up to 20!!!
JpW004
Hello, I have a similar problem, I have just spent the weekend doing busters mod...or as near as I could to my cheap chinese double din, dvd, gps, camera ( ebay 90 bucks!) I went from no sound, to realising the amp wire wasn't connected to any power,(after sending 12v to it) to then as above ,volume..1 loud...2...well loud...3 defening....etc and a horrible hissing buzzing in the back ground. I have tried earthing the amp direct to chassis, and any thing on the back of the stereo that looks like it wanted earthing I connected up to a new ground screw straight in the chassis, but still got the problem. Anyone got any ideas???? Its driving nuts...I'm new to stereo's by the way, so lets keep this simple!
