Zeezeebaba
I'm either working or doing family oriented stuff. My son is 18 this year but my youngest is only 9 so years to go yet.My Z time is sacred and pottering in the garage is akin to a train set in the loft for others. GMballistic
^^ Looking good ~ no homo. I've been working out now 3 times a week since around January. Definitely seen improvements but obviously these things take time. Hardest part is staying motivated but I'm sticking at it so far.

Its great when you get the bug and results start coming in. Never had to diet in my life luckily but in a way that makes it harder as I have to bulk up & increase my food intake. Not easy for a picky eater. Done my bulking up phase now though so I'm just weight training at the mo ~ increasing my weight load every two weeks. Never really going to get to your size as I'm not built that way but just getting a bit more ripped is the goal.

Almost got there once when I was well and truly into it but I just love food too much. Progressive overload is the best way to grow.
