maseon
just getting my 03 import z MOT done and it failed on the front brake pads and disks they are saying they have to order in the import ones as they are different (this sounds like itl cost a arm and leg from kwik fit) i was wondering if anyone knows of brake pad/disk sets that will be fine on a import?? SHEZZA
Hi and welcome. Yes they will have to order the non brembo discs and pads in ! Though I'd guess they'd have to order the brembo discs and pads in aswell as I can't see kwik fit stocking either so there having a laugh there. Non brembo discs and pads are the cheaper of the two so I wouldn't worry there.
SHEZZA
Do a quick search for 350z non brembo front discs and pads on eBay for example.

GMballistic
^^ As above ~ those are Brembos. These below are none Brembos... If you're lucky someone has upgraded your import Zed to the Brembo braking set up, ...if you're unlucky someone has just stuck a Brembo sticker on the import calipers.
