leebottrill
Next month my car is due in for a P1 service. In the manual is doesn't say anything about changing the diff and gear box oil, but i have heard its good to do? Worth doing? Also my spark plugs have never been changed by the looks of it (57 plate). Is it worth doing? The car is running very smoothly. Are there any other bits i could get done well its in? Oh and my car is on 37k miles Edited May 29, 2015 by leebottrill
Ogman
If you do the gear box, blast some moly slip in there too!
HEADPHONES
Don't forget to ring traders like Clark Motorsport for prices on parts. They can often get you the right stuff at better prices. I've got my gear and diff oils changed out at 45k now. Sparks need doing every 5yrs. Check when coolant and brake fluids were changed too. Sometimes the pads wear faster on the inside so although they look meaty on the outside they may need changing. If they wear too much they could bugger your discs so ask garage to check that too. leebottrill
Thats great thanks. How important is it to get the sparks done?
zzzzz
I generally get extras done when I have the relatively cheap P1 service completed. I find the Horsham development servicing page really useful to get information on recommended intervals - http://www.h-dev.co.uk/index2.php?page=350ZServicing
