We are proud of the traders who participate on the forum. The forum is largely funded by their fees. The team have now decided that there have been too many unfair and incorrect posts against traders on here recently. Should any member have an issue with any of our members or professional traders contact a team member having. firstly attempted to reconcile the issue with the trader. Problems with traders should be posted in the Traders area relevant to the product/issue concerned. Please do not post these issues on other threads that are not relevant to the problem you may have. You may also of course try to resolve the problem with the trader by PM or phone call. There is also the option to report a post which flags it to the team immediately Anyone acting outside these guidelines will be dealt with swiftly.
