Roscoe
Zed won't unlock remotely all of sudden on both keys. Unlocks by hand then alarm goes off and starts fine... Any help appreciated.

Roscoe
Well I just started it while the alarm was going off and got out again and now both keys work again... Don't think it's a battery issue.
coldel
Bizarre that both batteries died at the same time? Would a reset of the car make a difference?
RobPhoboS
I'd just replace the batteries anyway, they don't last forever and it eliminates a simple possible cause.
Roscoe
Yeah I'm sure it's not the battery's as they both work fine again now. One thing I did notice once the car had started and alarm had stopped, around 30 seconds later the hazards lights flashed while I was driving. Grundy
Some criminal was using a jammer at the same time you were pressing your unlock key, to gain the codes to unlock you car tonight while you're sleeping
Roscoe
I hope not ha!! Well all is well at the moment, I'm hoping the NATS has just reset itself. I will change the battery in the keys anyway just to rule that out if it happens again.
Toon Chris
Alarm systems do very worrying things when the car battery is on it's way out. Check the battery is healthy. You can also reset everything by removing the car battery for a while. 30 minutes should be enough.
