jimmy.farrow7
I would like to remove the plenum to get it refurbished/painted/modified, however i am not entirely comfortable doing it myself. I have a basic car skills and i am good with tools however i keep putting it off. I wondered if there was anyone in the norwich area who has done it who would give me a hand,

KyleR
Removing the plenum is very very easy, putting it back together is the hard, knuckle destroying bit!
gumpy000
Removing the plenum is very very easy, putting it back together is the hard, knuckle destroying bit! Now this is strange!! I put my polished plenum on yesterday. I found it the totally opposite. Getting on the tubes off on my own an absolute nightmare. Had to get my mate to help me. Helps he's a mac a nice too as he could tell me if I was doing anything wrong. But getting it off I hated. Putting it back on. Easier? Is this just me? Mopedmark
It's pretty easy mate to be honest it should take you 1:20 hours give or take a bit, it's a lot easier if someone helps especially when removing the pipes,
