Who's taken their car on the Euro Tunnel?

When we took the Supra to a show in Rotterdam last year we went on the Eurotunnel, we booked it as if we had "car with roof box" so we would be put in the larger carriages (they confirmed this) but on the way there they still put us in the narrow ones, it is a very tight fit (getting on I was allowed to guide the car in but I had to get back in after for the drive down the train). The Evo in front of us was struggling too. The sections in between the carriages are really uneven and the front nearside caught on something (we don't know what as we didn't feel anything just saw it when we got out) - I think there's a picture somewhere of us touching the wheel up whilst on the train as if there is a single mark on the car on arrival you can't put it on show! On the way back we were in the wider carriages and there was plenty of room but just make sure you are there early or they may just decide to put you in the smaller ones (which is what we think they did with us even though we weren't exactly late!).

I think this is what happened to Andy, it was going between carriages that was the issue...

That's what we think too, I wanted to guide him down but they wouldn't let me, I kept getting told to get in the car lol
