350 Russ
Be careful opening this link if your at work or on a shared computer as this is complete pornography! A bit too expensive imo, if they priced it the same as a 911 turbo it would fly off the shelves imo Best looking car in a long time! http://www.evo.co.uk/mclaren/15628/mclaren-570s-preview-first-car-in-new-sports-series-unveiled
AMT
Just seen it there on this site with the show photos.... http://www.autoblog.com/2015/03/30/mclaren-570s-sport-series-official-photos-new-york/#image-2 I personally think its a bit of an unattractive lookin' thing lol Like someone decided to make a kit car of a normal McLaren. Its just not quite right with its design. I know it needs to look different but I think they could have done better.
RobPhoboS
I'm sure it'll go like stink but I personally don't like the design, their cars are all looking samey now. A lot like Lotus using the same platform for everything, they just don't differ enough except in power. The P1, if you've seen it is tiny, just seemed a bit underwhelming (well until you drive it of course ) to me as I could see it's a (extremely modified) 12C. Anyway, I'll shut up. http://sniffpetrol.com/2015/03/31/new-sports-car-boasts-f1-know-how/#.VRp1KPnF98G Edited March 31, 2015 by RobPhoboS
KyleR
Looks much better than the 650 which appears to me like a cut and shut of the P1 and 12C, this appears more like a mini P1
AMT
I've got it! What it looks like is one of those 'Autocar' magazine generated images when they had a guess at what the new car would look like lol. I must admit having seen some of the camo pics, I was hoping it'd be a bit better looking. lol (if only to afford such money eh... apart from the guy on here with the Ferrari ) lol
Ekona
Looks okay. I'd take one over a 991TT, but only if it has proper ARBs not those hydraulic things. Edited March 31, 2015 by Ekona
GMballistic
I think that looks pretty good, ...apart from the gullwing doors. Never really liked those on anything but a Mercedes Benz 300SL.
Ekona
They're not gullwing doors...
GMballistic
They're not gullwing doors... No you are right, ...Lambo style doors then? Still don't like the doors that lift up like that either way.
Ekona
I think McLaren call them butterfly doors. I like them, but not a reason to buy a car for them.
GMballistic
I can imagine doors like that are very handy for getting out of the car when parked in the tiny car parking spaces you find at supermarkets/multi story car parks etc but tbh if I had that car then I wouldn't be taking it to places like that, ...I'd just get the butler to do the shopping whilst I blitz the McLaren down the autobahn with my 20 year old secretary mistress.

GMballistic
20? Pfft, too old I don't want to have to teach her how to do everything so thought I'd let her get her "slutty" university phase over with first.

GMballistic
That's the best phase, man! I missed that phase as I never went to Uni because I was working full time by then as a tool makers apprentice. Please send me donations in the form of pictures of slutty college/Uni girls via PM. GMballistic
I missed it too, which is why I ended up hooking up with a girl ten year my junior I managed 4 years my junior but she still passes for early 20's so that's a winner, ...plus EE's. Oh and that's nothing to do with the phone network of the same name. How off topic are we now btw.

Jetpilot
A bit too expensive imo, if they priced it the same as a 911 turbo it would fly off the shelves. According to the articles expected price of 145k Its only 3k more than a turbo s, very similar hp, but 300kg lighter, I know which I would prefer. I though they were about 120. Makes it seem even better. Am looking forward to seeing reviews on how it drives

chips
yeah nice looking car... I'd also get a 911. both of those would be some where on my list. starting with a current gtr and have the most advanced technology and best performance available and a hellcat the most powerful standard issue. and get a late 70's, early 80's 911 and have the coolest car around town. and a hsv gts to move people and stuff. and a lambo and cut the exhaust short so it's loud and breathes fire, the meanest car around. actually I probably wouldn't have any place for this one now i get there. ah well bad luck to me.
