WINKJ
Hi guys. The weights on my alloys are starting to rust. No doubt it's due to the salt everywhere on the roads. I was thinking of removing the alloys, wrapping them up and spraying the weights whilst still attached to the alloy. Would this be ok do you think as a solution? Apart from one problem is that you don't get a bl00dy car jack with the nismo!!!! James
Paddy78
Lack of jack aside, I see no reason why you couldn't paint them. I doubt a few layers of paint would unbalance anything. Could the solvent in the paint unglue them potentially... I doubt it though?
KyleR
I fear that a bit of rust on your weights is a real non problem. No one will ever notice them apart from you, but if it really bothers you that much, I'm sure a tyre fitter would put new ones on for a tenner. Ekona
Get a paintbrush, and paint them through the spokes.

GIXXERUK
Get a touch pen similar to the inside rim colour
GMballistic
Get a paintbrush, and paint them through the spokes. ^^This and use masking tape around the weights if you're worried about getting paint on the alloy.
