JoshC
Recently tried updating the maps on my sat nav using the disks very kindly being passed round the users here. Long story short I misread the first step and tried updating the maps before updating the software first. Now the only thing I can use is the audio on the connect premium as restarting the update process doesn't work and I can't access the settings, sat nav or anything else any ideas?? GIXXERUK
Hi Josh, Have you tried this ......... With Radio off Press and hold the “Settings†button and turn the volume control counter clockwise. After about 40 clicks the following system diagnostic menu will appear

JoshC
Got that menu up but no option to reset anything for the Nav Do you think disconnecting the battery for a while will do anything? If that does reset it will I need the HU code?
JoshC
Problem solved! Found a spare disc 2 with the set, I guess the original disc 2 I was using is damaged so wouldn't tead. So updated the software again and then carried on with the new disc 2. All done now! Cheers
