RobPhoboS
Hi guy's, I've got what sounds like a noisy bunch of crickets trapped in the boot of the car. It's the most annoying, maddening sound EVER! I know 100% that it's the main plastic surround as I've just taken it out, and before hand pushed in various spots to find out where. I was thinking of putting some sound deadening material in there (halfords sell stuff). I just wanted to know if anyone else has done that, and if it helped stop the plastic from rubbing against the boot? I've also got a load of new plastic clips, so may well replace those first to see if that does the trick. Cheers! Ekona
Cricket is what? If you want a cheap solution, lead flashing is a fraction of the price of dynomat.
RobPhoboS
Obviously I'm not on the same page mate, haha zero idea what you're on about Well I decided to replace all of the popper fixings first, and surprisingly that SEEMS to have fixed the most irritating noise I've put up with for a year. I can't stress how useful it is buying a bunch of various fixings as back up for the car, worth getting a load.
