Jblonde002
Hi there, new member, hope I'm posting in the right place! I'm looking at getting a 350z soon and this forum has been so helpful for learning about them in depth. At present I'm browsing but this car featured below seems priced pretty low, and I'm not sure if I'm missing something? http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201501059943419?atmobcid=soc4 Not in a position to buy quite yet but wondering if it was actually a members car from here, or whether you might point out an obvious issue I may have missed? sailor
I saw this last week on autotrader and also thought it was a great price. I didn't want a roadster so didn't view it in person. A couple of reasons why it might be low priced: 1. It's not actually black. The car itself has blue paint and then a black wrap has been applied over it. So, if someone is after a blue car they won't want the hassle of taking this off, and if you want a black car then you have to keep applying a wrap when the current one wears away. 2. The big white zed and carbon fibre pattern sticker on the cubby and gear stick area is not the nicest in my view. 3. The Nissan logo on the boot has been lost or damaged. Grundy
It's winter and it's a soft top, that is all Priced fairly imo.
GMballistic
Doesn't look too bad imo and seems a good price going from the fact it has a FSH & low mileage. Yes it's missing the rear "NISSAN" badge but that's easily replaced, the gear knob is a genuine Nismo knob from the looks of it and it definitely has some interesting features that will be pleasing to some but not all. Maybe the matt black wrap is putting some people off so that's why it is priced low "ish" or maybe it's just because it's a roadster and it's winter (they do sell better in the summer months). If the wraps done well then it could last for years although imo you never know what's it's hiding under there. Definitely worth a look though if that's what you're after. Jblonde002
Thanks for info, really appreciate that. I hadn't noticed the gear stick (nice touch) and whilst the black wrap on blue might be an issue for some I kind of like it. Not sure if you might think have a problem insuring something registered as blue and then driving round in black? I guess I can read more about that closer to the purchase date. Like I said, I'm a month or so off being ready to put money down, but the wait is killing me. Appreciate the links GM Balistic, I had taken a look at them before breaking the seal of the first post. My current car is a 1.5 Suzuki Swift; just imagine how much of an upgrade this'll be!
Keyser
Should not be an issue having a car with a wrap - however for your info DVLA have a new directive that states although a wrap can be classed as a non permanent colour change you ARE supposed to register the change with the DVLA - Just had mine wrapped and the guys that did it suggested I should notify the DVLA but to put it down as Silver\Blue Wrap. Just so you know More info - http://www.popingraphics.com/news/dvla-updates-colour-change-wrap-advice http://www.vehiclewrapfilms.co.uk/content/2014-04-03-dvla-vehicle-wrap-registration-changes Be safe be legal

Think if you do get a roadster Zed it will be in the summer months when you get to appreciate it the most. Good luck.
chirag1988
Just picked up on one bit - it states in the last part of the description it has 4 seats Seeing as it's a dealer I'd also ask them if they think it's ok to run it on 95 RON fuel?
