Ekona
Maybe it's your broken keyboard.

Ekona
Fixed! Might be something unrelated, like a dodgy alternator or battery.
Keyser
Is your 350 a JDM? I only ask as UK and JDM sensors may be different - had an issue with a crank sensor in mine JDM one caused problems in a UK car but was fine in the JDM we borrowed it from - next thing to try is the crank sensor CPS between it and bank one cam sensor the timing is worked out. or so I believe. marko119
Possibly, could be anything but you think the idea of the codes was to pin point the problem
marko119
Its a UK model, parts where ordered under the license plate of my car so hopefully they are not for JDM'S .
marko119
Since my last update heres whats happened, since replacing the 2 camshaft sensors, car was hard to turn over.Took it too my mates garage who ran a full diagnostic test by Snap on and was reading bad signal from the 2 Intermotor sensors, said they were of not a good quality and got replaced by genuine one plus a new crankshaft sensor.Said all is scopeing back a 100% so when i lifted it tonight the car turned over ok cold, but once i drove it home and tried starting it again it took for ages to fire up, The car drove without a misfire or problem and no lights on the dash, but not starting without alot of turning,he is stumped now too as he has got alot of info this week and feed back from Snap on,but to no avail, and he is a personal friend and not ripping me off with cost. Can anyone help with this matter now or is it a Nissan job
Tricky-Ricky
Have you checked for low fuel pressure, and are you getting a good spark?
glrnet
Topics merged, no need for 2 threads for the same problem
marko119
He has just came and lifted the car, started first time but he stalled it reversing it out, then it started the turning over without starting lark so i think hes gonna check all other aspects now as the P0340 has been leading him astray a bit, could be a coincidence that something else has happened at same time as sensors, meanwhile am back to driving a VW Crafter van
