Trig
I'm aiming for half the weight of a 350Z so about 950kg defo want it under a ton. à½Ã¸‰ Not a fan of forced induction mate. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk When did 350z weight 1900KG ?!?!? lol... Mine is 1455kg haha Did some research Nissan 1634kg Escort. 767kg That's a difference of 867kg Think my 900kg target is looking pretty good now. 😘 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
GT4 Zed
Curb weight for the 350z depends on the variants/trim and ranges from 1446-1634kg If I remember correctly The US had 4 variants/trims: Base Enthusiast Touring Track While uk/Europe had Base or GT The JDM had similar variants/trim to the US. The GT/touring weighed the heaviest at 1634kg. My stripped GT4 at 1380kg with under 1/4tank fuel seemed not bad LOL. 900kg will be fun and it's going to fly TrigðŸ‘ðŸ‘👠
Trig
Nothing on the car tonight but I've been soaking the engine in cleaning fluid this week so I dragged it into work and steamed it off. Came up pretty clean. 😋 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

leonk
Looking good. Will you paint it in sections or all as one? Just priming mine, I've found that without any extraction or filtration large areas are a real pain. Also how will you go on with the two pack paint, I was worried about the isocyanates. I'm only asking as I am thinking about doing the underside of mine before it goes to the body shop to avoid the need for them to transfer it from the rotisserie to the shell dolly. Once again super job you are doing. If you ever plan on going as far as Buxton raceway let me know, I'd love to have a look. Keep up the great work.
Trig
Hi mate the car is being done in section just cuz it would take to long to do in one and the panels ain't ready anyway. I will be waring a air fead spray mask and I have a large fan at one end of the garage sucking out most of the over paint. 😉 Primer Back end and under side first. Then inside. And engine bay. And this one shows the finish from the gun. No show car but it ain't too bad. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
