Lexx
Speak to an import company for some advice. I recommend speaking to Jurgen at JM-Imports. He will be able to guide you on what you can/can't do to go about getting a new key coded to your car.

Lexx
Email him then. The advice for a JDM car will still be the same whether you live in UK, Belgium, or on the Moon.

He's a businessman. He'll speculate to accumulate and will happily help someone. Besides, if you have to arrange a new key from Japan then he'll be able to organise that and get it sent to you.
