If she never pays any bills and you charge her rent as opposed to her paying part of the mortgage then common law doesn’t apply. Not that you’d do that Louis.

I would but I’m a bollox and pre-nup isn’t legal here.

Guy

I'd do it too :teeth:

Gotta protect the lambo

How can I get my girlfriend to sign a prenup without her knowing?

Tell her its an application form for a 0% store card at Selfridges :D

Serious there is no pre nup allowed, excuse my ignorance but is it something to do with Catholocism?

Close. It's just the law was never updated to make it legally binding after they introduced divorce which is still a touchy subject with many people and the church. You can have one but if it goes to court to settle, which it will 'cos what gobshite isn't going to fight it, then forget it. You've already lost.
