The front calipers use quad opposing-pistons with a 40mm bore, and the rears are dual opposing-pistons with a 36mm bore, and both front rear calipers are constructed from aluminum to save weight. The sheer size of this kit provides stronger braking performance through increase leverage and pad contact area, while the large rotors increase heat capacity, making these brakes hold up against brake fade longer on the track and on the fast roads.
