TT2Z
Had new rear tyres fitted on Friday and the fitter lost his 100% record of never scratching a wheel. Has anyone had a GT4 wheel done by any of the specialists ? If so by who ? Cost ? did they do a good / avg / poor job of it ? I'm going back tonight to speak with the manager, but I'm not going to leave the wheel with them, I want to have some control of who does it. ( I would really like a new wheel as its quite badly chunked, but I guess they will only offer the likes of wicked wheels ) Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Ian. I'm in the North West. TT2Z
I spotted that thread after doing a seach, but was after a personal recommendation. I will however give them a ring. The local W.W. franchisee is a class-one muppet, doesn't want one off business as he's too busy with dealer work. I rang head office and they were of the same attitute, other people can't step into his territory, and if he's bury just keep trying him. Let's see what the man at Costco has to say................ M13KYF
Not sure you would have much look with the man at costco. Its not that are a poper independent tyre dealer, more a bolted on version. I know the guy from Bramhall (Manchester) Chips Away did a fantastic job on my mates BMW. Plus 10% discount with AA card.
Kev946
I scatched mine against the kerb and Chips Away fixed it. Almost invisible, well i can't tell yet where he tounched it up.
