Lexx
The uneven "waves" in the carbon look weave would drive my OCD nuts!
jimmy.farrow7
Haha it doesnt bother me i knew it would be a very difficult task to get it all to completely match up. Very happy though
ZEUS
The uneven "waves" in the carbon look weave would drive my OCD nuts! Just thinking the exact same.
Wasso
I've seen better to be honest. Finish isn't perfect and the lacquer looks a bit rough.
14N
Post the pics up of the other bits inside and in the bay Jimmy Edited January 13, 2015 by 14N
Ricey
As a 'trader' I hate to make a rod for my own back with comments like this but that is a bit of a Heath Robinson effort. Carbon is an unholy bastard to work with but personally I couldn't send that out if it was my work. You're happy though and that's all that matters.

a2orry
The uneven "waves" in the carbon look weave would drive my OCD nuts! the upside down gear gaiter would do it for me.
KyleR
That lacquer looks like it came out of a Halfords rattle can! Whats the deal with the 3 pods? Are they supposed to be black and white carbon weave?
ZEUS
Looks sh1te - only joking !!! sorry this made me laugh.
jimmy.farrow7
The upside down gaitor was done be the upholster who messed up the fitting as you cannot turn it around, but they have paid for a new one and to re-fit it. Its a good job i havent got a problem with the carbon and it is on my car

coldel
Worth a go, looks a bit different - as Wasso said though it looks a bit rough (sorry but I guess you invite opinion posting it on here!) As it is literally a microthin layer of material overlaid it will highlight any issues with the surface of the plastic. Usually this is all smoothed back before dipping so its flat and you don't see it like you do above? I am also highly OCD for reference...
