gareth29
I'm about to start work as a supply teacher and have been advised that I have two options - be paid through an umbrella company or become a limited company myself, being a sole trader seems a no go. I'm tending towards the former atm but wondered if anyone had any experience of umbrella companies and/or supply teaching, good or bad? glrnet
A friend of mine worked as asupply teacher for years but she was paid directly by the local authourity. Just found this:- http://www.nasuwt.org.uk/consum/groups/public/@journalist/documents/nas_download/nasuwt_012261.pdf I think I'd be asking some questions of the empoyer and your accountant.
