A method of directly altering exhaust harmonics for enhanced performance and sound, this is Motordyne's debut of the patent pending Advanced Resonance TuningTM. 15 to 20 Ftlbs more low end torque than conventional test pipes. ART pipes increase power and torque without the drastic increase in loudness normally associated with test pipes. These provide the quietest, smoothest, deepest sound while greatly reducing or eliminating rasp and drone. The difference in sound is not subtle. They're not conventional test pipes. They're ART pipes! 2 week lead time. Compatible with 2WD automatics. Not compatible with AWD vehicles. £529 370z DC Sports Headers Ceramic DC Sports is pleased to introduce its all-out performance headers (part number NHS4202). With power gains of up to 12.4 horsepower and 11.2lbs/ft of torque with our headers, these bolt-on power adders are a must. DC Sports header and exhaust systems are dyno tested to outperform all comparable header systems on the market. Extensive research and development goes into each system to ensure the best fit, finish and performance for your vehicle. DC Sports header and exhaust systems are precision bent on our CNC mandrel benders using data acquired from our non-contact digitizing scanner. DC's flanges are CNC machined, we attach the flange to the header pipes, then machine-grind the flange-mating surface to ensure a leak-free seal. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing process ensures superior quality and a perfect fit with every header system DC make. Header System Key Features: • Every system is dyno-tested for maximum performance • CNC mandrel bends with precision-welded fittings deliver perfect fit • CNC-machined flanges eliminate leaks. • Equal length primary piping ensures optimum tuning of systems for more power across rpm range • C.A.R.B. exempt or pending C.A.R.B. exemption • Beautiful brushed finish Includes comprehensive instructions and all necessary hardware £449 370z Stillen Ceramic Coated Headers The STILLEN Z Headers are the finest available. With months invested in development work, these headers produce big increases in streetable power and torque on both naturally aspirated and forced induction vehicles. The equal length design of the headers allows better and more efficient exhaust scavenging which contributes to the dyno tested performance gains. Examples: - 2004 350Z produced 11.5 hp at @ 6200 RPM and 18.5-lb.ft @ 3800 RPM at the wheels - 2008 370Z Coupe produced 14.5hp at @ 7300 RPM and 12.5 lb-ft @ 4200 RPM at the wheels With STILLEN's 20 years of experience in designing and manufacturing Nissan performance parts, you should have complete confidence that every STILLEN product is of the highest quality and has under gone extensive research and development before production. STILLEN manufactures our high performance headers from varying materials according to application parameters. All of our uncoated headers are stainless steel for long life and corrosion resistance. Our ceramic coated headers are for those who want an additional thermal barrier to lower engine bay temperatures as well as excellent stain and rust resistance. These hand crafted shorty headers do not require the removal of the catalytic converters. Headers are available in the following materials: 304 Stainless Steel - Maximum oxidation and corrosion resistance, excellent shine 409 Stainless Steel - Excellent corrosion resistance, may develop light surface discoloring Ceramic Coated - Provides a thermal barrier which reduces radiated heat into the engine bay, excellent stain and rust resistance Installation should be done by a qualified mechanic with proper tools and a lift. This is not a backyard bolt on. These headers do not remove the cats. Complete the performance upgrade with STILLEN's new race pipes. £629 370z Stillen Stainless Steel Headers The STILLEN Z Headers are the finest available. Expect an increase in horsepower throughout the RPM range with the greatest gains at higher RPMs. The car remains driveable and noise level is not increased. Features Mandrel bends, T-304 stainless steel, Dyno tested design. Benefits: Optimum flow characteristics, long life and excellent heat dissipation, expect up to 12-16 rear wheel horsepower. £529 370z Motordyne Shockwave E370 Cat-Back Exhaust System The Shockwave))) E370 is a True Dual X (TDX) exhaust design of a modular nature for integration of different and evolving sounds and features. Fabricated entirely of stainless steel and designed for maximum power gains by using a combination of dual 2.5" and dual 3.0" stainless steel tubing. Dual 2.5" diameter primary tubes of the XYZ pipe inlets are optimized for diameter and length to yield maximum low end to upper midrange power and torque. Dual 3.0" exhaust tubes from the midpipe muffler on back are used to route the exhaust flow to the back of the vehicle for minimizing flow resistance and yielding maximum high RPM power.. The progressive expansion of tube diameter and exhaust flow area optimizes pulse scavenging while minimizing flow resistance and pressure drop. The result is maximum power and torque for NA and FI applications up to 700 HP. When used with the Motordyne ART test pipes the complete system design starts at dual 2 1/4 inch diameter at the ART pipe inlet and progressively expands to dual 3" flow tubes. Dual 2.25" diffused to dual 2.5" and then diffused to 3.0". This design provides the highest performance with an unusually powerful and low pitch exhaust tone. Hand crafted to the highest level of quality. Entirely TIG welded and deeply polished Stainless Steel 304L. Comes with your choice of 4.5" or 5.0" exhaust tips in Stainless Steel or burnt Titanium with either a straight or rolled lip. The tips are adjustable they can be pushed in or pulled out for different looks. They are also easily changed out for another set. £1599 370z DNA Stainless Steel Catback Exhaust System with Burnt Tips Upgrading vehicle's exhaust system is a great way to build horsepower, free up trapped torque, and improve upon restrictive factory systems. The larger pipes, low-restriction mufflers, and tuned resonators of a well-designed performance exhaust system can make a world of difference on your vehicle. The net result is lower auto exhaust backpressure, more horsepower, more torque, and a much better sound. Made of High Quality T-304 stainless Steel. TIG welded CNC machine flange for resistance against pressure and corrosion. Aggressive deep and smooth tone sound while ensures smooth exhaust gas flow. Increase engine output and efficiency. Muffler Tip Type: Dual Path Rounded Tip. Tip Diameter (IN): 4.5". Silencer Included. £649 Edited April 2, 2015 by octet@TORQEN

gstraw
Hey Adrian. From.the text it seems that changing the headers on the engine would give more horsepower than spending that cash on a full exhaust. Is this the case? I've got a stock exhaust with hfc and I like the noise and how there is no drone at motorway speeds. So if I want more power out of the car would you recommend the stock exhaust with new headers? Adrian@TORQEN
Hey buddy! Expensive or time consuming job to replace manifolds, unless they're cracked or you have the engine out for some particular reason. To be quite honest, it's not a lot of gain from replacing the exhaust on it's own, specially without remap. Maybe with some Long Headers we're talking a different story

Adrian@TORQEN
If you ask me, good quality exhausts start from Invidia Gemini above... Anything else below it's just false economy
