Propose to the GF / Future Mrs-Commander Do 9 trackdays in 12 months Get fitter / lose weight Sort out back garden If you do number 4 commander I'm certain that it will help with number 3, ...two birds with one stone. Try to get my finances back on track by cutting lots of small but frequent purchases like DVDs and better budgetting on food (sticking to point two may help here!) I've got a meeting with the planning department at the town hall next week, and if they say planning permission is likely to be granted then i'll be putting an offer in.
