GMballistic
Looking at your rough location on google maps I'd say take it to Jez at Horsham Developments. Shouldn't be too far from you. They are based in Chievely. Link: http://www.h-dev.co.uk/contact_us.php It's where I take my Zed for most things and I live in Wales so it's definitely worth the trip imo. GMballistic
Top man you got any idea what price would be if it is the bearing?? Lol rough guess Honestly no idea sorry. Horsham Developments are traders on here though so the best thing to do is to send Jez a PM (private message). Hopefully then he'll get back to you with some prices. Commander
I bought a pair off the Internet and fitted them myself - not too hard if you've got the tools - cost about £250 for the pair iirc.
Renegade
My knocking from the rear, turned out to be a front drop link
liamgdr
How do you know its a bearing?
Commander
^^^ Fair point - bearings are usually more of a grindy noise than a knock. Could be some nackered bushes, top mounts, drop links, broke a spring, etc?
Little74
That's true I'm not 100% but just sounds like it noise gains speed when I speed up and slows down the same rate as I do so guessing it's the wheel bearing I get it to jez I reckon

Everyone's just guessing especially without hearing the noise first hand. Get it booked in for him to look at and then take it from there is my advice. glrnet
You could try Tom at TGM in Fleet as well, I recommend him highly, can't recommend Jez personally as I've never taken my car there but lots of others have and always good reports. But do what GMB says so someone can have a listen. Sent from my Zed using Nangkang tyres front, RE040's rear
