Pritchard Posted December 16, 2014 Share Posted December 16, 2014 Hi guys, No picture, sorry (read on as to why...). I am getting my whole sound system swapped out on Thursday 18th. The following is coming out of the car: Bose Headunit Bose Front tweeters Bose Front speakers Bose Rear speakers Bose Amp Bose Sub this is ALL the OEM GT pack uprated stuff. so its not aftermarket. (I am assuming its all bose branded from factory?) Its being swapped for 2 reasons, 1 - it has both of the common faults of this headunit; CD changer skipping when cold. and losing front left speaker on some bumps. 2 - one of the rear speakers *sounds* like it has a rip, its popping at high volumes. I am hoping the Mods will keep this post up due to the following: Essentially I am going to tell the guys installing to throw it all away. It wont be going back in my car, ever. If it is of any interest to anyone you can have the lot to collect for free from Kent. or delivered for £25 (to cover packaging and effort). I have no room in my garage for more dust collectors, so if no-one claims it before thursday morning its going to the scrapyard.
