nap
i have just put my bike away for the winter, might come out if we get a heat wave ? but i doubt it,this is a mint bike that only comes out in the sun, thats why the milage is so low.only 10.307 miles with the DVLA report to prove it,as many aprilia,s suffer with issue,s with the clooks and have had them changed, the only other issue they tend to suffer with is the rear brake master cyl.there is no problem with mine as i have just replaced mine with a uprated brembo unit and goodrige hose.so the brakes are spot on. now thats got that out the way a little more about the bike. 2003 aprilia tuono fighter in black, best colour by far and well sort after. 1000cc V twin serviced back in july at 9939 miles,so very little milage since. new K&N filter loads of carbon,,,,,,,,,, rad side covers heal plates chain gard rear hugger belly pan watter bottle cover all carbon. generation 1 with the later oz wheels ohilns steering dampener renthal sprockets hawk sports exhaust. this bike is mint and has no faults, and pulls like a train,no flat spots and will rip your arms off.you would be hard pushed to fiend a better looking naked sports bike with this performance and handling, the italians do it so well,a great gutsy V twin with loads of torque and awsom sound track. looking for £3500 witch is a very fair price for a bike of this milage and condition, will even through in the pit stand.if the bike does not sell for this i will keep till spring as the price will go up.not the best time of year to sell a bike but a nice bike to buy and put up till the spring. ////////////£3500///////////// http://

nap
Thanks bud, but looking for a 1200 or 1250 bandit as my wife has a problem with her hip and the pillion position is not the most comfortable for her, shown in photos with the seat cowl but does come with pillion seat.i have seen the cowls go for over £200 on ebay, very rarely do they come with the bike. TomS
Looks nice, shame a 1000cc bike as a first bike would end up with me in a ditch!
nap
Or over a hedge, the power and torque on a V twin is insane and instant. But once you get used to it its one of the best handling bikes I have rode. And so I have been told ,,,,,,, they like to lift the front wheel.
