bk101
Not the best first post after buying my first 350z yesterday but having problems with it. Drove perfectly this morning on the way to work then jumped in after work to see all the dash lights on, Rev counter not working, window wipers not working and lights tempromental. Had a search and found this guy had the exact same problem;http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/81512-limp-mode-with-all-braking-lights/page__fromsearch__1 I'm going to reset the ecu tomorrow but obviously something has caused the issue so has anyone got advice on what it will be? glrnet
Try the ecu reset first but check the ipdm for water too at the same time, if there's any sign of water ingress don't drive it
bk101
I did see something about the ipdm and heavy rain, and did drive it about 6 miles after work. Hope it hasn't done any damage! Will check it tomorrow, thanks for the help
bk101
Plugged it in this morning and these were the codes, I did check the ipdm and there was water on the inside of the cover. http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d33/robertkinnear/Mobile%20Uploads/20141118_105918_zpsf0b330e0.jpg[/img] What next? Cancelled the codes but it's just the same. Will I need a new ipdm?
M13KYF
nakered battery can cause some weird things. How old is the battery. I'm guessing by the age of your Zed it will be getting to the point of renewal if t is still the original battery. Had to change mine last year.
