Just changed over to the winter wheel, torqued to 108nm, this is wjhat I used last time and no probs (wheels didnt fall off) but doesnt seem very tight, very easy to undo. Recommended to check after 20miles or so after to confirm they are still tight. I do agree with you that it seems not very tight and easy to loosen.
