mouthwash
Is it on any document? Can he send you the document / can you open it and print to PDF just fine? If so call I.T and get them to recreate his profile, usually the easiest way to solve nonsense things like this.

Flex
So it wasnt set up in word to print with watermark, I doubt it's the pdf software's fault, just a print option enabled in word.

mouthwash
Why would anyone use print to PDF software anymore if you've got Office 2007(pretty sure it's 2007)+? It has the feature built in to save a document to PDF.

Depends if you've got the add-in installed http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=7 How about using conversion software for converting other types of document to PDF. Or, printing a web page to PDF which is what I use it for.
