Mike k-g Posted November 7, 2014 Share Posted November 7, 2014 Right!! sprayed my OEM intake pipe last week...quiet please with it..Upon installing it the paint crack and chiped all over the place now looks pants. sooo anyone tell me how to remove old paint from pipe to start again?or does anyone have a old pipe knocking around to let go cheap? GMballistic Posted November 7, 2014 Share Posted November 7, 2014 Mike if you have some wet & dry sand paper (fine grade like 800grit or 1000) just use plenty of soapy water and rub all the bits where it has chipped/flaked until they are smooth, ...so you can't feel where they join with the paint if that makes sense.
