Mudman
She also sends you stuff during the setting up stage. All in good humour but you at one stage get s choice of a new car. So you click and sure enough in the post a few days later is a plastic car. Then she 'bribes' you and you get a loan denomination Chinese bank note etc etc. must admit I thoroughly enjoyed the email exchanges and we did speak a few times and she is a remarkable lady but like mentioned before, mad as a badger

Tim BW
Anyone had contract hire and want to give any feedback i.e. do they really scour the car for defects at the end of the contract etc and try to charge you? Also anyone got a new Civic diesel? And how do you rate it? Looking at a contract 2 yrs, £185 per month. Seems promising, no unexpected bills etc and just hand it back when done. What you pay for it, you'd probably lose almost the equivalent in depreciation and garage bills etc. I once had a lease car. They checked for any damage before taking the car back. I got stuffed a little with going over the annual mileage agreed but all was OK overall.
Mudman
Couldn't care less what a website looks like as long as I get what I want from the deal
gangzoom
Does it have to be new? I really wonder worry about having a warranty on a Civic. Ours is over 85k now, apart from new battery and servicing items nothing else has needed doing....and it's still worth £5.5k 6.5 years on (only paid £13.5k for it as an ex demo), total running costs including everything but fuel (deprecation, tax, insurance) £150/month Edited November 1, 2014 by gangzoom

Although prob have to main dealer it for servicing, sigh.
