What's the bets that won't happen Also said on the news yesterday that the price of oil was becoming too cheap and hundreds of people throughout the industry are being laid off because of it (not to mention the little independent, rural fuel station sulking because they aren't competitive), which basically means the oil companies won't allow it get to much cheaper and there's only so much profit even the supermarkets can squeeze in the name of a "price war".
