KosmiK
Got my wheels back today, just wanted to share some pics and see what you lot think. Couldn't get them diamond cut, not straight enough. Before After On the car Edited October 25, 2014 by KosmiK
KosmiK
Argh, tapped twice. Can a mod delete the duplicate topic? Or can I somehow?
a2orry
Yeah they look great . I would have tried polishing the rim rather than painting

RJF
Much better! Black always looks good against gunmetal.
KosmiK
Yeah they look great . I would have tried polishing the rim rather than painting I did think about polishing, but don't you have to keep the rim really well protected so it doesn't fade? I can't be bothered with that, so figured this was the better option. Polishing might show up the imperfections in the wheel more too?
GMballistic
Yep, you'd be out side polishing them daily to keep them looking good if you'd gone that way KosmiK. They look great, ...I'd be happy with those.

KosmiK
Daily? Wow im glad I didn't get them polished. There's a valeting bay at work so I've got no excuse to not keep them clean, but that's a bit much for me.
veilside z
Great job. Mine are polished but not lacquered and stain easy. Laquer when hit as a stone chip, allows water to penetrate rim and they go black underside. Thinking of painting mine too.

ioneabee
isn't the yellow dot on the rubber the indicator to line up with the air valve ? to help with balancing ?
