bigphil
nice one, what kind a labour rates will you be charging We haven't finalised the full investment costs against required returns yet but I can assure you they will be very competitive. Details should be available in the next few days. All the staff will be from a motorsort background so speedy turnaround will be the key to make the rates competitive. Zedrush
Nice Phil, sorry for late post cheers mike for link Its the exact same layout and style as the premises my dad purchase, did you buy or lease? Dad bought ours about four years ago, its 30,000 square foot and has a virtual freehold of a 1000 years, dont know why they bother But as you can imagine being in london the rates are astronomical But we are moving our work place to bigger premises next year to kent so rates will be much better. Did you get stung with any quarterly upkeep costs o forced to tie in with their insurance policies?
