richard.hezlett
As per title I am planning to remove my seats to get them refurbished. Just wanted to know if any problems will arise electrically when I put them back in ie error codes etc. Regards. Richard
roscopervis
Nope, just 4 bolts and a couple of plugs. Easy peasy.
StevoD
if you have airbags in ya seats discount battery for 10-15 mins before you undo plugs for them and try to remove all static electricity from your body before touching Edited October 23, 2014 by StevoD
14N
And do not start your car with the seats unplugged, otherwise you'll get the airbag light come on. Tilt and remove headrests before disconnecting battery (makes pulling seats out of the car easier). And place an old sheet over the door sills to protect them from scratches when pulling seats out/putting back in. Oh, they're pretty heavy too! I wouldn't suggest doing it if you also live the thug life.
