Randy_Baton
That's now the standard price for the base model, its not the latest and greatest version. Its not on sale, should be that price most places, which means it'll be cheaper somewhere! Still cheap at £99 though
WhackyWill
Good spot Harry, Great price with a warranty.
Scott TMN
Cheap for what it allows you to do, and good to have a play with! Though less that £200 you can pick up a brand new 3+ silver edition which isnt far off the top top one (black 3+) atall. (excluding the new 4 just released of course). But the silver 3+ would be the better buy IMO
jimboy2
As randy says this is now the correct price for the base model. Hasn't got any of the fancy features of the top model but will be perfect for most people who want to point and shoot. Check the specs as I'm not sure what quality in can film in

Kieran O'Quick
Hero 2 is in Costco for 100 + Vat. Don't know it it's much better than the basic?
jimboy2
Cheers will 1080p recording is perfect for pretty much everyone. 100 quid is a no brainier. Might get myself one. The misses has a hero 3 black but could always do with a second
Scott TMN
This video shows the difference between just the Gopro hero 3+ Silver vs the Hero 3 silver. 2 models that should be quite similar yet I think quite a bit of difference. Just bear in mind there will be an even greater difference between silver 3+ and the version in question.
KyleR
From what I hear the SJ4000 is a better camera for half the price.
