Refurbished - see the quality in photos. Near immaculate. I would prefer to sell for collection, I'm in Witney, OX28. I will ship at the buyer's additional cost but you're likely looking at £25 at least (not a final quote!) I'm not sure how old the wheels are, they were on the car when I bought it 18 months ago. From their condition I'd say they weren't on long before that, but that's a guess.
