From Ebized's link above, this is one of the scenario's stated - "One scenario is the scammer will send an email from a spoofed (phony) PayPal address that states money has been sent to your account. He's hoping you will believe the email and not check your account. Send out enough of these emails and eventually someone falls for it. Next comes "his shipping company", the amount that the spoofed email says has been sent is for more than the purchase price of the camera. The scammer will ask you to wire to excess money to his shipping company by either Western Union or MoneyGram."
