moriascapula
Hi all This weekend I bought an 07 reg 350z 313 GT and thought I'd register on here and say hello It's a lovely car, low mileage Twilight Grey metallic with an aftermarket (Invo auto) exhaust and twin pop chargers, sounds fantastic and drives brilliantly. My previous car history includes mostly Fiat Coupe 20v Turbos (in varying states of tune from standard to 400bhp) and also a Vauxhall Monaro VXR500, but so far the Zed is definitely the best to drive and the best looking car I've ever owned - I can't wait to get some more miles done in it! Hope to see some of you at meets etc. Cheers!

GMballistic
Welcome aboard. Any pictures of the Monaro please? Love those and I bet that was a lovely sounding engine when on full throttle.

moriascapula
Welcome aboard. Any pictures of the Monaro please? Love those and I bet that was a lovely sounding engine when on full throttle. It sounded incredible, mine had a full Wortec exhaust including cats and headers plus Monkfish 'magic' cam, in addition to the 6.0 V8 and supercharger whine, so it really did sound phenomenal. It was a great car, almost too fast for UK roads (although brilliant with enough long, straight road ahead of you!), it drank an entire oil well every time you took it out, and you always felt you were fighting against it in corners somehow.. loved it to pieces, but when I had a £5k bill to have the engine rebuilt (and always that fear of something major going wrong being just around the corner) I just felt enough was enough and decided to let it go, mostly for my own sanity I'm at work atm and all my photos of it are on my home computer, but when I get back I'll post a few up no probs. Still waiting for some decent weather for taking pics of the Zed too!

moriascapula
Cheap and reliable is not fast. Cheap and fast is not reliable. Fast and reliable is not cheap! That's probably one of the best quotes I've heard in a long time!
