Stutopia
Nice work, car looks well. I'd lose the number plate plinth mind

plebpl
Cheers guys! Stu do you have to drill into the bumper when you remove plinth or will number plate tape work fine? Reluctant to drill holes
GMballistic
Personally I like the number plate plinth and wouldn't remove it if it was me. Picture in this thread of what it looks like underneath the plinth holder fyi; http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/17766-front-number-plate-mounting/
plebpl
Cheers gm, looks like some body work needed to relocate it, I'll leave it, never bothered me before
GMballistic
Cheers gm, looks like some body work needed to relocate it, I'll leave it, never bothered me before No probs. It's not a big deal if you did want to remove it though ~ your number plate will cover those holes on the bumper obviously unless you want to relocate the number plate to the lower front grill or one side of the bumper. In that case you will need the holes filled, smoothed over & a bumper respray.
plebpl
If I was going to remove the plinth I would get a tow eye holder, so not fussed unless I'm getting a redspray anyway! Maybe one day
MCook
I used the thick number plate sticky pads for mine, 3 in total, admittedly the pads don't make contact completely with the bumper (where the bumper curves the pads do not stick) but it has not become any more 'un-stuck' than when I first put it on. MCook
Mine does sit a bit high though...
Stutopia
Mine's screwed into the bumper, but when it goes in for the annual road rash removal I'll get the bodyshop to flatten it all off and probably move the plate to the grille.

plebpl
Sorry guys didn't see these comments! Much appreciated all, I am a massive fan of the wheels but am tempted by something a bit more colourful soon! Coders, yes, eibach spacers all round to give it a nice clean look!
