Adrian@TORQEN
"Last weekend, racing driver Tim Bell lost the brakes on his 370Z race car. Onboard footage of Tim Bell's 130mph 370Z brake failure crash is horrifying!"
Lexx
It's the onboard video from one of the other cars showing the 370 go flying past heading for the barriers that shows just how bloody fast he was shifting. Must have been terrifying. Couple of big smashes recently. There was a pretty nasty one in the V8 supercars last weekend too.
mouthwash
Ouch, how bad would that have ended up if it was just a regular car you have to wonder. Edited September 29, 2014 by mouthwash
Ekona
I wonder if he aimed the car to smash near side-on into the barriers? Immense clarity of mind if so.
Dynamic Turtle
Having done a mere 30mph head on into tyres recently, I can't imagine how painful that must have been. Scary scary stuff.
jumping350
I was thinking the same Ekona he was going straight for a bit before it started to turn so I think immense clarity of mind is spot on. Also the 370 came out not to bad considering the impact Edited September 29, 2014 by jumping350

Rock_Steady
i'd imagine a seasoned racing driver would do all he/she could to make the best of an impending accident, just how much control is given in such a circumstance is partly down to luck. Clarity of mind perhaps, probably comes down to experience.
Tim BW
Did well to learn how to crash it! I suppose they're seasoned experts.

NeilMH
He made a couple of very small flicks beforehand as well...looked like he was trying to scrub off tiny amounts of speed. Scary.
