Flex
So soon I'll have some time on my hands once all this training is done, gonna try Skyrim, should I go PS3 or PC? Any opinions? PC is cheaper but if PS3 more stable then I'll take the fiver hit.
Tricky-Ricky
Never had a problem with PS3 version, no hangs etc, great game, still go back and play it.... I still have to get one of the add ons, mind you if anyone has the game of the year edition going cheap?
Grundy
Pretty sure Skyrim is all about the MODS. So get it on PC if you want to make the most of it. (If your PC can run it)
Flex
Is it more of a online game?

Mudman
Had it on PS3. Good game worked fine
reefshark
Definitely get Skyrim for PC, its a single player game but with a large online community through steam and nexus, it crashes on any system but there's more you can do to stop it on PC and the mods are amazing (like turning the dragons into trains form Thomas the tank engine)
saihaynes
Skyrim is one of the best games ever.....on any platform! I'd recommend witcher 2 as well
Ekona
If you're PC is strong enough, then Skyrim with some extra graphical mods looks amazing. If not, then stick with the PS3 version.
bytespc
PC the Nexus is an awesome mod source and the ENB's available now knock seven bells out of the vanilla graphics.
Davewagon
PS3 for me At least that way everyone you're encountering is running the equivalent hardware (although I don't think that's so much of an issue with PC's these days - but it is annoying when you have to tone down settings as your pc can't handle it fully etc)
Ekona
I hate to break it to you, but Skyrim is single player only. I very much doubt that anyone you meet in the game has a PC, a PS3, or anything other than a bunch of ones and zeroes
Flex
So I bought the elder scrolls and I have to be honest it's not really floating my boat, is there something wrong with me?
bytespc
If you mean the online version then no there's nothing wrong with you its kack...if you mean Skyrim then you must be dead or some such, currently 750 + hours and modded to the hilt and I love it.... hensh65
TESO is gash. Oblivion and Skyrim are amazeballs. This ^^^ + dragonage 1 & 2 and new one is out shorlty! I am only about 30 hours gaming into Skyrim and loving it. They are all slow starters as there is so much to take in as well as so many places you can go whenever you want. Really good once you get the hang of it!
