LloydZee
Hi again, my friend is looking at a 350z with 70k on the clock. I've noticed a few for sale at this mileage, is there a reason why people are selling up at this mileage? Does something usually break/need replacing at 70k? Cheers in advance
GMballistic
Just coincidence I'd wager.
35oz's
My 03 zed is nearing 80k with no issues what so ever
Dynamic Turtle
70k so the gearbox synchros might be getting worn? Probs on 2nd clutch which might also be tired? While neither of these is an expensive job I can't see a 'box lasting 100k if it's being driven....ahem...properly!
Rock_Steady
There's no reason to be suspicious. It's just coincidence. Mine has done 76k and it's on the original clutch with no issues. Wouldn't worry about it.
KUGT4
selling mine as soon as goes past 70K had cars go past the 200K mark - you've always got to replace stuff on ANY car at any mileage - it's a gamble
LloydZee
Cheers guys, puts our minds at ease
AMT
I've been replacing stuff since it went past 35K lol haha. I'm on just under 50K on the original clutch and still going strong. Plan to keep it well over 100K (providing I can still afford it lol). Try and get an HR it gets rid of some of the common faults but again you may end up replacing stuff... in my case ..bushes...loads...which sometimes come with ..suspension arms lol If your smart and use people on here you'll be able to find these cheap enough or used parts that do fine Edited September 15, 2014 by AMT
Payco
As everyone has stated, just a coincedence I would say..

Davewagon
Nothing wrong with that, mine still going strong at 100k mileage. Although Clutch and flywheel replaced at 72k lol
