I'm looking to use it for bluetooth calls/music as well as google maps for satnav when required. I am wary that I don't have the ability to install this myself is there any services near reading that would be able to fit this for a fee? longsh07 Posted September 4, 2014 Share Posted September 4, 2014 It's not an AppRadio3 but I've got an AppRadio2 installed in both my 350 and MX5. Its great if you've got an iPhone but was a pain trying to make it work with my old Android phone. Also worth noting with my version (cant confirm on AppRadio3) but I cant use the old style iPod/iPhone connector at the same time as the lighting connector. You can use google maps but you cant interact with it through the headunit touch screen. That said a great alternative is Waze (owned by google) which can be used through the headunit touch screen. Photos: AppRadio2 setup for Android/iPod/iPhone 4 And setup for iPhone 5 (Cant use old connector though with this setup) And setup for iPhone5 in my MX5.
