14N Posted August 31, 2014 Share Posted August 31, 2014 Okay, so I was just messing around with some pics of my car on MSPaint (I can't/have never used Photoshop) and while messing with the resize/scew function look what happens if you change the horizontal to 40% and leave the vertical at 100%.
