tatooandy67
^^^ this is why I try to avoid those god awful places at shopping centres, supermarkets etc. people just have no respect and it's not always rubbish cars sometimes it's expensive 4x4s or high end saloons (insert car brand) and they just fling open their doors with no regard, I know it's been said many many times but the majority of drivers& passengers for that matter are complete imbeciles with no respect... Harsh but IMO true rant over

SteveV
My mini was recently damaged parking next to a disabled parking space at my local station. station manager is a car nut and viewed the cctv footage as btp wouldn't do it as it would not be cost effective! WhackyWill
Aren't you meant to leave the hatchings clear though as not to obstruct the disabled bays? The hatchings are at the end of the EMPTY bays, not many people there to obstruct..!!

The hatchings are at the end of the EMPTY bays, not many people there to obstruct..!! Yes they are at the end but there for a reason. A lot of disabled cars are modified for them and may have ramps etc. Plus they need more space getting in and out their vehicle.

Well isn't that why they make disabled parking bays twice the size of normal bays, don't see why they would need the hatched area as well, That's for Zeds..!!!
