STRBramley
Has anyone had any experience using dyes on the 350z hood? My dark blue hood is looking a little faded so I was thinking of dyeing it dark blue or maybe even black? Would that be possible? Here is the dye I was thinking of getting. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/271456498457
Ricey
Not heard of dyes but I'd suggest trying Renovo good cleaner and restorer before you do anything drastic. You'll be surprised how it'll come back with a bit of elbow grease
ZMANALEX
Yes this works and you will not be disappointed, providing you leave it to dry for 24 hours, preferably undercover. Alex.

Great, I think I'll buy some. I'm still undecided on black or the original dark blue. If I went for black would the original dark blue show through at all? ZMANALEX
If you applied black over the blue, the blue would not show through as it is a very dark blue. Alex.
