Dynamic Turtle
Amazing - lucky enough to see them at Eastbourne, and the Vulcan at Farnborough a few years ago. Back of the neck / hairs etc.
14N
I'm gutted to be missing the two Lancs together. The one from the BBMF flew directly overhead while I was at Cosford last year. Awesome sound and sight There have been some great shots and footage captured so far, especially today with the Vulcan.
Richy
Had the Lancaster fly over the house a few years back. Incredible sight, and the noise. Father flew Spitfires during WW2, so always good to see one in the air.

mattross1313
Been lucky enough to see the Vulcan a few times now, as said above always makes the hair on your neck stand up when they floor it. One of mine from the summer...
Tricky-Ricky
Quick video of the Lancasters, https://www.flickr.com/photos/108728175@N06/14807130458/
sipar69
My late Father served with the RAF at Marham in the 1970s. He was part of the crew of a Victor. It's fantastic that there is a Vulcan flying again, but it would be really great if the mighty Victor was still flying as well. They last saw service in the Gulf war as tankers and now only do taxi runs.
Ebized
Sad to see that Canadian Lancaster will not make the Shoreham air show this weekend with No.4 engine reported as having blown. http://www.raf.mod.u...81FC7A56A563F5C
bronzee
Wow, very cool, thank you for sharing the pics! Awesome. There is talk that a Mosquito will join the Memorial Flight. I wonder if it's the one that was restored over here in NZ a couple of years ago.

14N
Hope the Canadian Lanc issue isn't too serious. She's come a long way (and has a long journey home too)!
ATTAK Z
She's borrowing an engine from the grounded Lanc
14N
I've recently joined a Facebook group dedicated to the Lancaster. There is a lot of info, photo's and video within the group and lots of media is being added daily at the moment, especially about the engine rebuild on the Canadian Lanc with behind the scenes info and pics.. If you're on FB and have an interest in the Lanc's, I really recommend it. https://www.facebook.com/groups/thelancasterbombergroup/ Edited September 2, 2014 by 14N
