DEPO Headlights to UK

Has anyone got experience of DEPO headlights and fitting them to a RHD/UK Zed?

I'm assuming they are set up for LHD, can this be adjusted easily?

I have the Bi-Xenon OEM headlights, so have the ballasts etc to swap over...

Any help/advice appreciated,

Cal

ah ha. This is something Ive penciled in too. Im sure they can be altered for the direction. When you think about it, its only the way the bulb is seated. Alter the angle of the face / recess it sits onto,youve altered the projecting path of the light. Cant be that difficult. Anyone else got any experience on these from the US??

Don't know if there is enough adjustment in OEM lamps to switch sides, it's not been tried as far as I am aware. Also no idea if Depo have the same adjustments but I would assume they do as they're supposed to be exact replicas.

Another thing to take note of is the shape of the thrown beam. If you park towards a wall and turn the lights on you'll notice the beam shape is something like this ------\______ where as in the states it'll be the other way round, throwing the beam a bit higher/further towards traffic, rather than against the side of the road as it should.

Cheers for your help mate...

To quote Bullet Magnet from another thread;

I kinda did some reading about how somebody registered their UK RX-8 in Germany

This is where i learnt about the beam pattern shroud on projector headlights, so no matter how far left or right you adjust the throw it doesn't change the beam pattern

I'm not sure it's a risk I'll take... I may just try tinting them slightly.
