OEM exhaust

Hi, can anyone advise for certain if there is any difference in an OEM exhaust centre pipe and rear box for a UK car vs a JDM car, it's an auto Z roadster.

My main dealer states they are different with different part numbers, but the JDM rear box is no longer available.

The JDM system is quieter than the UK system but in terms of fitment they're identical...
